- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual for scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in various departments including bread baking, cake decorating, POS operations, and barista duties
- Work hard and maintain a fun, positive work environment
