Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior fast food or retail experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Verbal English communication skills
- Strong teamwork and work ethic
- ServSafe certification or compliance with health regulations
- Minimum 20 hours availability per week with weekends and holidays
- At least 18 years old
- Capable of moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Comfortable with working in varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Acceptable verbal English communication
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork
- ServSafe certification or ability to enforce Health Department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend/holiday preference
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectation
- Make memorable connections with guests
- Work as a team with store management and colleagues
- Perform baking, cake decorating, and drink making duties
- Adhere to company policies and be punctual for shifts
- Cross train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments
- Maintain a fun and positive work environment
