Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior fast food or retail experience preferred
- capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk continuously
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- preferred experience in fast food or retail
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- acceptable verbal English communication skill
- excellent work ethic and teamwork mentality
- ServSafe certification and enforcement of Health Department regulations
- availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- make memorable connections with guests and enhance their experience
- work collaboratively with store management and team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere
- perform job-specific tasks including baking bread and preparing drinks
- adhere to all company policies and be punctual for all scheduled shifts
- cross train in all departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- maintain a fun and hardworking attitude during work hours
