Job Requirements
- high school diploma or higher
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- satisfactory communication skills in english
- willingness to cross-train in multiple departments
- ability to follow health department regulations
- compliance with company policies and punctuality
- must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- provide customers with service beyond expectations
- make memorable connections with guests
- work as a team with store management to deliver outstanding service
- bake bread, decorate cakes, make drinks
- cross-train in bread, cake, POS, and bar departments
- be punctual and adhere to company policies
- work hard and maintain a fun atmosphere
