Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to perform repetitive hand motions and reach overhead
- willingness to work in temperature variations
- excellent customer service skills
- punctuality and adherence to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department regulations
- availability to work at least 20 hours a week including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- make memorable connections and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- work as a team and follow store management directions to deliver outstanding service
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- cross-train in various departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- work hard and maintain a fun work environment
