Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Must possess ServSafe certification
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Punctual and reliable
- At least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to teamwork
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and enhance each guest's experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold a positive work environment
- Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while on the job
