Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Must have strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Commitment to teamwork and excellent work ethic
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week including weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork abilities
- Ability to enforce health department regulations and have ServSafe certification
- Availability to work at least 20 hours a week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests and strive for the best guest experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to maintain an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Arrive on time for shifts and follow all company policies and guidelines
- Cross train in various departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Work hard and maintain a fun and positive attitude
