Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous fast food or retail experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Strong teamwork and work ethic
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for minimum 20 hours weekly
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferably fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Acceptable verbal English communication
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of health regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies
- Cross train in all departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a positive and fun work environment
