Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Verbal English communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and strong work ethic
- ServSafe certification and adherence to health regulations
- Availability to work minimum 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Qualifications

- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified

Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection and commit to each guest's best experience
- Collaborate with store management team to deliver outstanding service and create a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and comply with all company policies
- Cross train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Work hard and enjoy the work environment
