Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Verbal English communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and strong work ethic
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday shifts
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physical ability to perform lifting, standing, walking, bending, and other duties as required
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and attendance requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and able to enforce Health Department regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections and commit to the best guest experience
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- Cross-train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while on duty
