Job Requirements
- high school diploma or higher
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods
- adherence to health and safety regulations including ServSafe certification
- availability for weekend and holiday shifts
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- trustworthy and punctual
- willing to cross train in multiple departments

Job Duties
- provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations
- make memorable connections to improve guest experiences
- collaborate with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- adhere to company policies and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- cross train in bread, cake, POS, and bar departments
- work hard while maintaining a fun and positive work environment
