Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and team player attitude
- ServSafe certified
- Available to work minimum 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections enhancing each guest's experience
- Work as part of a team following store management directions
- Perform job specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Arrive on time and adhere to all company policies
- Maintain a fun and positive work atmosphere
- Cross train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
