Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills
- effective verbal English communication
- teamwork minded
- able to enforce health department regulations
- ServSafe certified
- availability on weekends and holidays
- minimum age of 18
- ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to cross-train in multiple departments
- punctuality
- adherence to company policies

Job Duties
- Bake and decorate quality 85C baked goods
- maintain a clean and healthy work environment
- perform daily operations including separating, filling, and baking
- receive and organize inventory
- work collaboratively with store management team to deliver outstanding service
- provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85C standards
- be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
