Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fast food or retail environments preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Strong communication skills in English
- Must be certified in ServSafe or willing to obtain certification
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Age minimum of 18 years
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and team collaboration
- ServSafe certified and able to enforce health department regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and ensure each guest’s experience is the best
- Work with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
- Cross train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
- Work hard while maintaining a fun environment
