Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and concept of teamwork
- ServSafe certification
- availability to work at least 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- minimum age of 18 years
- physical capability for moderate lifting, standing, walking, and other job-related activities

Job Duties
- provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations
- make memorable connections with guests
- work as a team and follow directions from store management
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- be punctual and adhere to company policies
- work hard while maintaining a fun attitude
- cross train in all store departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
