Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow directions and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skill
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
- weekend and holiday availability
- must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Decorate quality 85C baked goods
- maintain a clean and healthy work environment
- perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking
- work collaboratively with management and team members to deliver excellent service
- ensure sufficient production of breads and maintain product quality
- cross train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- adhere to all company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
