Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to follow directions and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or higher
  • fast food or retail experience preferred
  • strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • acceptable verbal English communication skill
  • excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
  • enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
  • weekend and holiday availability
  • must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Job Duties

  • Decorate quality 85C baked goods
  • maintain a clean and healthy work environment
  • perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking
  • work collaboratively with management and team members to deliver excellent service
  • ensure sufficient production of breads and maintain product quality
  • cross train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
  • adhere to all company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
