Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in fast food or retail preferred
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- proficiency in verbal English
- strong teamwork skills
- ServSafe certification
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- minimum age of 18
- physical ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- ability to stand and walk extensively
- capable of using heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- willingness to follow all company policies and guidelines
- ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and able to enforce health department regulations
- weekend and holiday availability
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Decorate quality 85C baked goods
- maintain a clean and healthy work environment
- perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking
- work as a team and follow directions from store management
- provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85C standards
- be punctual and adhere to company policies
- cross-train in all departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
