Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail industries
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Effective verbal English communication
- Excellent teamwork and strong work ethic
- Must have ServSafe certification and comply with Health Department regulations
- Availability to work minimum 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, and other physical tasks
- Willingness to undergo training at Washington Square Mall with mileage reimbursement provided

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections to ensure the best guest experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and comply with company policies
- Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the work environment
- Cross-train across departments such as bread, cake, POS, and bar
