Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds walking bending stooping kneeling and squatting
- Ability to stand and walk nearly continuously
- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and reach overhead
- Willingness to comply with health department regulations
- Commitment to punctuality and adherence to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Ability to cross train in multiple departments such as bread cake POS bar
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified or willingness to obtain certification
Job Duties
- Decorate quality 85C baked goods
- Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
- Perform daily operations including separating filling and baking
- Teamwork follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service
- Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85C standards
- Complete designated tasks perfectly
- Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
