Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- High school diploma or higher
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking continuously
- Willingness to work in varied temperature environments such as coolers and freezers
- Punctuality and adherence to company policies and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Ability to cross train in multiple departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and knowledge of health department regulations
Job Duties
- Decorate quality 85C baked goods
- Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
- Perform daily operations including separating, filling, and baking
- Work as a team and follow direction from store management to deliver outstanding service
- Provide sufficient bread and maintain quality to meet 85C standards
- Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
