Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective verbal English communication
- Commitment to excellent work ethic and teamwork
- Must enforce Health Department regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat frequently
- Willingness to work in cold environments such as freezers and coolers
- Adherence to company policies and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork
- ServSafe certification
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Work collaboratively with store management and team to maintain an uplifting work environment
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments
- Adhere to punctuality and company policies for all scheduled shifts
- Engage in a positive work ethic and enjoy the work environment
