Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations while showing sensitivity to individual needs
- Make memorable connections and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- Work as part of a team and follow directions while supporting management to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual for scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Maintain a fun work environment while working hard
- Cross-train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
