- Availability to work weekends
- Ability to handle physical demands of baking and decorating tasks

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in baking, cake decorating, or beverage preparation preferred
- Ability to work weekends as required

Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests and commit to outstanding experiences
- Work collaboratively with the store management team and fellow employees to deliver excellent service
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to an uplifting work atmosphere
- Cross train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
