Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English
- Compliance with health and safety standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified and able to enforce health regulations
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections and commit to each guest's experience
- Work as a team member and follow store management's direction to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- Work hard and maintain a positive, fun attitude
