Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the united states or ability to obtain the same
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- strong customer service skills
- exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicer, oven, scale, knives, box cutter and pricing gun
- ability to work varied shifts
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive motions
- adherence to all local, state and federal laws and company guidelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience
- strong customer service skills
- exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- ability to operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to collaborate and promote teamwork
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Duties

- offer product samples and answer customer questions

- prepare, package, label and display products for sale
- utilize production planning tools to produce fresh products
- ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
- execute product recalls and secure affected items
- comply with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- notify management of customer or employee accidents
- report safety risks, illegal activities and adhere to wage and hour policies
- ensure associates are working safely and receiving safety training
- maintain equipment and report safety hazards
