Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

- 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience

- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, and pricing guns
- authorization to work in the united states
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
Job Duties
- create a welcoming environment for customers that increases confidence and loyalty
- deliver fresh, quality, and appealing bakery products
- offer product samples and answer customer questions
- fulfill customer requests and special orders
- promote teamwork and communicate effectively with associates
- maintain inventory awareness and report discrepancies
- prepare, package, label, and display bakery products for sale
- ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- comply with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
- execute product recalls and withdrawals promptly
- report safety risks, unsafe conditions, and illegal activities
- assist with equipment safety maintenance and personal protective equipment usage
- ensure wage and hour policies compliance
- foster a culture of safety and ensure safety training completion
