Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
- Successful completion of drug testing and background check

- Ability to operate bakery equipment according to guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, and pricing guns
Job Duties
- Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated
- Delivers daily conditions that meet company expectations for product freshness, quality and value
- Offers product samples and answers customer product questions
- Ensures customer requests and special orders are fulfilled
- Promotes trust and respect among associates by collaborating and communicating
- Maintains inventory awareness and reports discrepancies
- Reviews and inspects products for quality and freshness
- Prepares, packages, labels and displays products for sale
- Utilizes production planning tools to produce fresh products
- Ensures adherence to food safety guidelines and documentation
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Reports safety hazards and participates in safety training
- Operates bakery equipment following company guidelines
- Reports and assists in remediation of safety hazards
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
