Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and pull up to 250 lbs
- Good physical dexterity and manual skills
- Willingness to work varied shifts
- Ability to follow safety and food handling protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers and ovens
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work varied shifts

Job Duties
- Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated
- Deliver daily product availability, freshness, quality, and value
- Offer product samples and assist customers with product questions
- Fulfill customer requests and special orders
- Promote teamwork and communicate company policies
- Maintain inventory awareness and report discrepancies
- Inspect product quality and prepare bakery items for sale
- Follow food safety guidelines and temperature control
- Comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Report safety hazards and incidents promptly
