Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, and pricing guns according to company guidelines
- Ability to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills

Job Duties
- Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important, and appreciated
- Deliver daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability, freshness, quality, and value
- Offer product samples, answer product questions, and assist customers with finding or suggesting products
- Ensure customer requests and special orders are fulfilled
- Promote trust and respect among associates through collaboration and communication
- Maintain awareness of inventory and report discrepancies
- Inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action
- Prepare, package, label, and display products for sale
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, including proper temperature holding and documentation
- Execute product recalls and withdrawals promptly
- Comply with safety procedures and inspect for unsafe conditions
- Report safety risks, illegal activity, and notify management of accidents
- Ensure all associates have received necessary safety training and use personal protective equipment
- Operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines
