Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal motivational and communication skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines
- Ability to work varied shifts and stand for extended periods
- Adherence to safety procedures and food handling practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal motivational and communication skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers ovens scales knives box cutters and pricing guns
- Ability to comply with food safety regulations and company guidelines
- Ability to work varied shifts and stand for extended periods
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome important and appreciated
- Deliver daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability freshness quality and value
- Offer product samples answer product questions and assist customers in finding or suggesting products
- Fulfill customer requests and special orders
- Promote teamwork trust and respect among associates through collaboration and communication
- Maintain inventory awareness inspect product quality and freshness and take appropriate action
- Prepare package label and display products for sale
- Utilize production planning tools to produce fresh products and follow discard markdown processes
- Ensure product is held at proper temperature following food safety guidelines
- Adhere to company safety standards food handling and sanitation practices
- Execute product recalls and withdrawals promptly securing items from customer access
- Report safety risks customer or employee accidents and illegal activities
- Ensure associates work safely have safety training and use personal protective equipment
- Maintain equipment condition and report safety hazards for remediation
