Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the united states or ability to obtain the same
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- strong customer service skills
- exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, and pricing guns according to company guidelines

- 0-3 years of supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- create a welcoming environment that increases customer confidence and loyalty
- ensure product availability, freshness, quality, and value
- offer product samples and assist customers with inquiries
- fulfill customer requests and special orders
- promote teamwork and communicate department information
- adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
- maintain inventory awareness and report discrepancies
- inspect products for quality and freshness
- prepare, package, label, and display products for sale
- utilize production planning tools to manage product freshness and reduce shrink
- adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain temperature logs
- comply with safety and sanitation standards
- execute product recalls and withdrawals
- report unsafe conditions and accidents
- enforce wage and hour policies
- cultivate a culture of safety and ensure necessary safety training
- ensure proper use of personal protective equipment
- report and assist with remediation of safety hazards
- operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines
