Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the united states or the ability to obtain the same
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- strong customer service skills
- exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters and pricing guns according to company guidelines

- 0 to 3 years of relevant supervisory experience
- must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the united states or ability to obtain same

- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters and pricing guns according to company guidelines
Job Duties
- create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated
- deliver daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability, freshness, quality and value
- offer product samples and answer product questions
- assist customers in finding or suggesting products
- ensure customer requests and special orders are fulfilled
- promote trust and respect among associates through collaboration and communication
- adhere to all local, state and federal laws and company guidelines
- maintain awareness of inventory and report discrepancies
- inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action
- prepare, package, label and display products for sale
- utilize production planning tools to produce fresh products accurately and follow discard and markdown processes
- ensure product is held at proper temperature and retain temperature logs
- ensure company standards for safety, food handling, sanitation and productivity are maintained
- adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements including USDA and COOL
- execute product recalls and withdrawals promptly
- reinforce safety programs and comply with safety procedures
- inspect and report unsafe conditions to management
- notify management of accidents and report safety risks, illegal activity including robbery, theft or fraud
- ensure adherence to wage and hour policies
- ensure all associates work safely and have received safety training
- ensure hazardous assessments are posted and personal protective equipment is used
- ensure equipment is in good repair and report safety hazards
