Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Commitment to following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
- Willingness to work varied shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication abilities
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales according to guidelines
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to embrace diversity and support an inclusive team environment
- English proficiency required, Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming environment for customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Deliver daily product conditions ensuring freshness, availability, and quality
- Offer product samples and assist customers with product selection
- Collaborate with team members to promote trust, teamwork, and clear communication
- Monitor inventory and report discrepancies
- Prepare, package, label, and display bakery products accurately
- Adhere to safety, food handling, and regulatory compliance requirements
