Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
  • Willingness to work varied shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication abilities
  • Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales according to guidelines
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to embrace diversity and support an inclusive team environment
  • English proficiency required, Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty
  • Deliver daily product conditions ensuring freshness, availability, and quality
  • Offer product samples and assist customers with product selection
  • Collaborate with team members to promote trust, teamwork, and clear communication
  • Monitor inventory and report discrepancies
  • Prepare, package, label, and display bakery products accurately
  • Adhere to safety, food handling, and regulatory compliance requirements
