Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters and pricing guns according to company guidelines

- 0-3 years minimum relevant experience

Job Duties
- Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated
- Deliver daily conditions that meet the company’s expectations for at shelf product availability, freshness, quality and value
- Offer product samples, answer product questions and assist customers in finding or suggesting products
- Fulfill customer requests and special orders
- Promote trust and respect among associates by collaborating, promoting teamwork and communicating company, department and job specific information
- Maintain an awareness of inventory and stocking conditions and report any discrepancies
- Prepare, package, label and display products for sale
- Ensure product is held at proper temperature per food safety guidelines and retain documentation of temperature logs per policy
- Ensure company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained
- Execute all product recalls and withdrawals in a timely manner and ensure all items are secured and removed from customer access
- Report all safety risks, illegal activity, or issues including robbery, theft or fraud
