Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a commercial bakery, food production, or related manufacturing environment preferred
  • ability to stand for extended durations during shifts
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely
  • excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality
  • commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
  • strong communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members
  • willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or weekends if required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a commercial bakery, food production, or manufacturing environment preferred but not required
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Operate and monitor bakery equipment in accordance with product specifications and production schedules
  • monitor product quality throughout each stage of production to adhere to company standards
  • retrieve and prepare items needed for production line use such as pans, bags, and boxes
  • ensure racks and products are properly labeled throughout the production and packaging process to ensure proper tracking and identification
  • assist with organizing and loading product racks into proofing, baking, or cooling areas for efficient workflow
  • maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including performing daily sanitation duties and routine cleaning of equipment
  • follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and personal safety regulations at all times
  • communicate any equipment issues, product inconsistencies, or safety concerns to the shift lead or supervisor promptly
