Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- strong customer service skills

- ability to operate bakery equipment
- ability to follow company policies and food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 0 to 3 years of supervisory experience

- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters and pricing guns
- ability to follow company guidelines and food safety regulations
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated
- deliver daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability, freshness, quality and value
- offer product samples and answer product questions
- ensure customer requests and special orders are fulfilled
- promote trust and respect among associates by collaborating and communicating
- adhere to all local, state and federal laws as well as company guidelines
- maintain awareness of inventory and report discrepancies
- inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action
- prepare, package, label and display products for sale
- utilize production planning tools to produce fresh products and reduce shrink
- hold product at proper temperature and retain documentation
- ensure safety, food handling, sanitation and productivity standards are maintained
- execute product recalls and withdrawals timely and secure items
- report safety risks, illegal activities and accidents
- ensure associates receive safety training and use personal protective equipment
- report and assist with remediation of safety hazards
- operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines
