Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check

Job Qualifications

- 0 to 3 years of supervisory experience preferred

- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters, and pricing guns
- must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated
- deliver daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability, freshness, quality, and value
- offer product samples and answer customer questions
- assist customers in finding or suggesting products
- ensure customer requests and special orders are fulfilled
- promote teamwork and communicate company and job-specific information to associates
- adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
- maintain awareness of inventory and report discrepancies
- review and inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action
- prepare, package, label, and display products for sale
- utilize production planning tools to produce fresh products and follow discard or markdown processes to reduce shrink
- ensure products are held at proper temperatures and maintain temperature logs
- ensure company standards for safety, food handling, sanitation, and productivity are maintained
- execute product recalls and withdrawals promptly
- reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
- notify management of accidents and report all safety risks or illegal activities
- ensure compliance with wage and hour policies
- cultivate a culture of safety and ensure all associates receive necessary safety training
- ensure equipment is in good repair and report safety hazards
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
