Job Duties
- Bake bakery products according to production schedule
- Fry bakery items as required
- Decorate bakery goods
- Package and wrap bakery products
- Display and stock bakery shelves and cases
- Notify Bakery Manager when products and supplies need ordering
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery department
- Handle spoiled or damaged products according to guidelines
- Follow all PPE and safety guidelines
- Adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations
- Provide excellent guest experience
- Perform tasks in other departments as needed
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
