Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check

- Adherence to safety and food handling standards

- 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience

- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, and pricing guns
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming environment for customers that increases confidence and loyalty
- Deliver daily conditions ensuring product availability, freshness, and quality
- Offer product samples and assist customers with product inquiries and special orders
- Promote trust and teamwork among associates through collaboration and communication
- Maintain inventory awareness and report discrepancies
- Inspect and prepare bakery products for sale including packaging and labeling
- Follow safety, food handling, and compliance regulations including product recalls and hazard reporting
