Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the united states or ability to obtain the same
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- strong customer service skills
- exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- 0-3 years of supervisory experience preferred

- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives and pricing guns according to company guidelines
Job Duties
- create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated
- deliver daily conditions that meet the company’s expectations for product availability, freshness, quality and value
- offer product samples and answer product questions
- ensure customer requests and special orders are fulfilled
- promote trust and respect among associates by collaborating and communicating job-specific information
- maintain inventory and report discrepancies
- prepare, package, label and display products
- utilize production planning tools to accurately produce fresh products and reduce shrink
- ensure product is held at proper temperatures and retain temperature logs
- ensure compliance with safety, food handling, sanitation and productivity standards
- execute product recalls and withdrawals timely
- report safety risks, illegal activities and accidents
- ensure all associates receive necessary safety training
