Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
 - Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
 - Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
 - Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as required
 - Strong customer service skills
 - Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
 
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
 - 0-3 years of supervisory or relevant retail experience preferred

 - Ability to operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines
 - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
 
Job Duties
- Create an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated
 - Deliver daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability, freshness, quality, and value
 - Offer product samples, answer product questions, and assist customers in finding or suggesting products
 - Ensure customer requests and special orders are fulfilled
 - Promote teamwork and communicate company and department information
 - Maintain awareness of inventory and report discrepancies
 - Review and inspect products for quality and freshness, preparing, packaging, labeling, and displaying products for sale
 - Use production planning tools to produce fresh products accurately and reduce product shrinkage
 - Follow food safety guidelines and maintain temperature logs
 - Ensure compliance with safety standards, food handling practices, and sanitation
 - Execute product recalls and withdrawals promptly
 - Report unsafe conditions and safety risks
 - Notify management of accidents and illegal activity
 - Ensure adherence to wage and hour policies
 - Support a culture of safety and provide necessary safety training
 - Maintain equipment safety and report hazards
