Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the united states or ability to obtain the same
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and pull up to 250 lbs
- compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience
- strong customer service skills
- exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, and knives
- bilingual in english and spanish preferred
Job Duties
- create customer-friendly environment promoting loyalty
- deliver fresh, high-quality bakery products and maintain product availability
- operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines
- ensure compliance with food safety practices and regulatory requirements
- maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
- assist with product preparation, packaging, labeling, and display
- support safety programs and report hazards or safety issues
