Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same

- 0-3 years minimum supervisory experience

- Ability to operate bakery equipment including slicer, oven, scale, knives, box cutter and pricing gun according to guidelines
Job Duties
- Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated
- Delivers daily conditions meeting company expectations for product availability, freshness, quality and value
- Offers product samples and answers product questions
- Ensures customer requests and special orders are fulfilled
- Promotes trust and respect among associates by collaborating and promoting teamwork
- Maintains awareness of inventory and reports discrepancies
- Reviews products for quality and freshness, taking appropriate action
- Prepares, packages, labels, and displays products for sale
- Utilizes production planning tools to produce fresh products accurately
- Ensures product is held at proper temperature and retains documentation
- Ensures company standards for safety, food handling, sanitation, and productivity are maintained
- Adheres to regulatory compliance requirements for food safety and labeling
- Executes product recalls and withdrawals timely
- Reinforces safety programs and reports unsafe conditions
- Notifies management of accidents and reports safety risks or illegal activity
- Ensures adherence to wage and hour policies
- Cultivates a culture of safety and ensures associates are working safely
- Ensures equipment is in good repair and reports hazards
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
