- Must be 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check

- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales and knives
- 0-3 years supervisory or relevant experience preferred
- ability to work varied shifts
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated
- delivers daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability, freshness, quality and value
- offers product samples and answers product questions
- fulfills customer requests and special orders
- promotes trust and respect among associates by collaborating and communicating
- adheres to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
- maintains awareness of inventory and reports discrepancies
- reviews and inspects products for quality and freshness
- prepares, packages, labels, and displays products for sale
- utilizes production planning tools to reduce shrink
- ensures product temperature compliance per food safety guidelines
- ensures company standards for safety, food handling, sanitation and productivity
- executes product recalls and withdrawals promptly
- reinforces safety programs and reports unsafe conditions
- notifies management of accidents and illegal activities
- ensures wage and hour policy adherence
- performs other job-related duties as assigned
