Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast-food
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence and clear communication ability
- In-depth understanding of 85C products and future concepts
- Demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
- Ability to work full-time including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- AA degree, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast-food
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence and able to clearly communicate complex information
- In-depth understanding of 85C products and future concepts
- Demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
- Experience managing high volume stores with direct supervision of ten or more employees
- Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekend hours
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives
- Support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talents
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest
- Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Monitor and meet the performance standard, including but not limited to 85C policies, core values, and standard operating procedure
- Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including bread, cake, POS, bar
- Lead and mentor a cohesive team of management and staff
