Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast-food
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence and clear communication ability
  • In-depth understanding of 85C products and future concepts
  • Demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
  • Ability to work full-time including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • AA degree, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Two years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast-food
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high self-confidence and able to clearly communicate complex information
  • In-depth understanding of 85C products and future concepts
  • Demonstrated success in training, operation development, and customer service
  • Experience managing high volume stores with direct supervision of ten or more employees
  • Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekend hours

Job Duties

  • Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives
  • Support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talents
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest
  • Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Monitor and meet the performance standard, including but not limited to 85C policies, core values, and standard operating procedure
  • Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including bread, cake, POS, bar
  • Lead and mentor a cohesive team of management and staff
