Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • associates or bachelors degree with focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
  • two years of managerial or leadership experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
  • ability to train and counsel team members
  • exposure to financial and operational responsibilities
  • ability to work in multiple regional locations
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of managerial or leadership experience in luxury, hospitality, food service, or retail industries
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
  • ability to train, coach, and counsel team members
  • exposure to financial and operational accountabilities
  • ability to work across multiple regional locations
  • ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Inspire, train, and support the guest service team
  • support General Manager with guest service needs across multiple locations
  • develop achievable objectives and plans to improve bakery success metrics
  • create a fun, lively, and celebratory environment
  • work collaboratively with Market Leader and General Manager
  • manage operational and financial accountabilities
  • adapt to a flexible schedule
