Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two years of managerial or leadership experience in luxury, hospitality, food service, or retail industries
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to walk, kneel, bend, and reach overhead frequently
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in multiple regional locations
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Inspire, train, and support the guest service team
  • Assist the General Manager in managing guest service needs across multiple locations
  • Collaborate with Market Leader and General Manager to develop objectives and plans
  • Maintain a fun, lively, and celebratory work environment
  • Operate in an organized, deliberate, and fast-paced manner
  • Coach and counsel team members to improve performance
  • Ensure adherence to bakery policies and standards
