Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years of managerial or leadership experience in luxury, hospitality, food service, or retail industries
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to walk, kneel, bend, and reach overhead frequently
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in multiple regional locations
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English

Job Duties
- Inspire, train, and support the guest service team
- Assist the General Manager in managing guest service needs across multiple locations
- Collaborate with Market Leader and General Manager to develop objectives and plans
- Maintain a fun, lively, and celebratory work environment
- Operate in an organized, deliberate, and fast-paced manner
- Coach and counsel team members to improve performance
- Ensure adherence to bakery policies and standards
