Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in baking or food production preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- good communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of baking and food safety practices
- good customer service skills
- ability to work well in a team
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- prior bakery or food production experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Bake, produce, and package baked goods
- provide incredible customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
- ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and aisles clean and well-stocked
- help maximize sales through effective procedures for stocking, rotating, and merchandising product on the sales floor and in the back rooms
- assist with unloading daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with inventory
