Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in bakery production department or six months supervisory experience
- Successful completion of mandatory job trainings and assessments
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Commitment to upholding company policies and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in bakery production or team supervision
- Knowledge of bakery production, decorating, and decorating techniques preferred
- Food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to utilize digital tools and technology in retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to achieve business goals and ensure member satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and safety standards
- Utilize digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experiences, and engage associates
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining cleanliness, safety, staffing, and inventory in the bakery department
- Train and develop team members, encouraging career growth and sourcing new talent
- Collaborate with management and other departments to implement processes and meet business needs
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and conduct quality assurance activities
