Job Requirements

Age 16 and older
Business schedule Monday to Friday 6:30am to 7:00pm / Sunday 8am to 2:00pm / Saturday closed
Job type flexible - ft or pt
Attire white t-shirt, jeans (no shorts), closed toe shoes
Language English and Spanish (basic English knowledge required)
Hire after program yes, depending on business needs
Compensation 12.00

Job Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to perform various tasks, including cashiering and cleaning
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed

Job Duties

Assist in the decoration of bakery products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including cleaning workstations, ovens, and equipment
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with product selection
Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling
Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is fully stocked
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Assist with packaging and labeling baked goods for sale
