Job Requirements
- Age 16 and older
- Business schedule Monday to Friday 6:30am to 7:00pm / Sunday 8am to 2:00pm / Saturday closed
- Job type flexible - ft or pt
- Attire white t-shirt, jeans (no shorts), closed toe shoes
- Language English and Spanish (basic English knowledge required)
- Hire after program yes, depending on business needs
- Compensation 12.00
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to perform various tasks, including cashiering and cleaning
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Assist in the decoration of bakery products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including cleaning workstations, ovens, and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with product selection
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is fully stocked
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist with packaging and labeling baked goods for sale
